Sub.:   Board Meeting Intimation for Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2020
 
 
Pursuant to regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is hereby notified that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 10th November, 2020 to inter-alia consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter/ half year ended 30th September, 2020.
 
Further, to our earlier letter dated 28th September, 2020 with regard to closure of Trading Window, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited  is closed from 1st October, 2020 till  12th November, 2020 for all 'Designated Persons' as per the Insider Trading code of the Company.
 
This is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
