Shri Praveen Mal Khanooja and Shri Kushagra Mittal have been appointed as the
Government Nominee Director on the board of GAIL (India) Limited w.e.f
16.05.2023.

1.   Shri Praveen Mal Khanooja, Additional Secretary, MoP&NG

Shri Praveen Mal Khanooja is a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering and M. Tech in
Management & Systems. He is currently working as Additional Secretary in
the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas. He does not have any relation
inter-se with other Director(s) of the Company.

2.   Shri Kushagra Mittal, Deputy Secretary, MoP&NG

Shri Kushagra Mittal is a B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from MNNIT,
Allahabad. He has subsequently pursued Master's in Public Policy from IIM,
Bangalore. He is working as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum
& Natural Gas. He does not have any relation inter-se with other
Director(s) of the Company.
