Nomination of Independent Director(s) on the board of GAIL (India) Limited

 

This is with reference to MOPNG Letter No. CA-31033/2/2021-PNG (39069) dated
28.03.2025 regarding nomination of the following persons as Non-Official
Independent Directors on the Board of Directors of the Company for a period of
one year w.e.f. 28.03.2025 or until further orders:

 

1.   Shri Akhilesh Jain

2.   Shri Sanjay Kashyap

3.   Smt. Kangabam Inaocha Devi

4.   Shri Yajurvendra Anil Mahajan

 

The company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment formalities
and requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due course. This
disclosure is in compliance of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure
