Sub.:    Board Meeting Intimation - Un-Audited Financial Results for the
quarter / half year ended 30th September, 2022 and Closure of Trading Window

 

Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements),
Regulations 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Company is scheduled on Friday, 04(th) November, 2022 to, inter-alia,
consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Half Year ended
30(th) September, 2022.

---Further, in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 27(th) September,
2022 specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and
their Immediate Relatives, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing
in securities of GAIL (India) Limited which is already closed from 1(st)
October, 2022 shall further remain closed till 6(th) November, 2022 for
Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as per the Insider Trading
Code of the Company.
