This is in continuation to our letter of even No. ND/GAIL/SECTT/2022 dated
9(th) March, 2022.The Board of Directors of the Company in its 438(th) meeting
held today i.e 11(th) March, 2022 has, inter-alia, approved the payment of
2(nd) Interim Dividend for the FY 2021-22 @ 50% (Rs. 5/- per equity share) on
the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.The 2(nd) Interim Dividend
will be paid with reference to the 'Record Date' i.e. Tuesday, 22(nd) March,
2022fixed for the said purpose.The Board meeting commenced at 04:00 P.M. and
concluded at 5.15 P.M.
