The Board of Directors of GAIL (India) Ltd in its meeting held today i.e.
27.05.2022, inter-alia:

·    Approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone &
Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and Financial Year ended 31(st)
March, 2022.

·    Recommended the payment of Final Dividend @ 10% (Re. 1 per equity
share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company, subject to approval
of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
