Prior Intimation of Board meeting of GAIL (India) Limited regarding borrowing
by way of issue of Secured/Unsecured, Redeemable, Non-convertible Bonds
(Regulation 29 and 50 of SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015)

 

Pursuant to Regulation 29 and 50 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations &
Disclosure Requirements),

Regulations 2015, this is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors
of the Company is

scheduled to be held on Wednesday, 17th August, 2022 to, inter-alia, consider
fund raising by

way of-

• Rupee Term loan/ borrowing/ facility and/ or

• Foreign currency Term loan / bond / note / external commercial borrowing /
borrowing /

facility (including foreign currency denominated as well as Rupee denominated/
masala

bond, note or loan) and / or

• Issue of Rupee denominated, listed / unlisted / secured / unsecured /
non-convertible /

redeemable/ cumulative/ non-cumulative/ taxable/ tax free, debentures/ bonds
(including

but not limited to green bonds / zero coupon / market linked debentures /
fixed or floating

coupon rates / index linked / interest rate swap / options with / without the
same being

embedded in the debentures or bonds or any other structures or features) in
the domestic

market ("Debentures") by way of private placement under the Companies Act,
2013.
