Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations &
Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is hereby notified that a
meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Thursday,
03(rd) February, 2022 to inter-alia consider the Unaudited Financial Results
for the quarter ended 31(st) December, 2021.

Further, to our earlier letter dated 27(th) December, 2021 with regard to
closure of Trading Window, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing
in securities of GAIL (India) Limited shall remain closed from 1(st) January,
2022 to 05(th) February, 2022 for all 'Designated Persons' as per the Insider
Trading Code of the Company.
