  Board Meeting Intimation - Unaudited Financial Results of GAIL (India)
Limited for the quarter and nine months ended 31(st) December, 2022 and
Closure of Trading Window

 

Pursuant to SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of
the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 30(th) January,
2023 to, inter-alia, consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter
and nine months ended 31(st) December, 2022.

 

Further, in continuation of our letter of even no. dated 22(nd) December, 2022
specifying the closure of Trading Window for the Designated Persons and their
Immediate Relatives, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in
securities of GAIL (India) Limited which was already closed from 1(st)
January, 2023 shall further remain closed till 1(st) February, 2023 for
Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as per the Insider Trading
Code of the Company.
