Sub.:    Board Meeting Intimation - Audited Financial Results for the
quarter and year ended 31(st) March, 2022 and Closure of Trading Window of
GAIL (India) Limited

 

Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) & (2) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations &
Disclosure Requirements), Regulations 2015, it is hereby notified that a
meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Friday,
27(th) May, 2022 to, inter-alia, consider the Audited Financial Results for
the quarter and year ended 31(st) March, 2022.

 

Further, it is notified that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of
GAIL (India) Limited which is already closed from Saturday, 26th March, 2022
shall further remain closed till Sunday, 29(th) May, 2022 for all 'Designated
Persons' as per the Insider Trading Code of the Company.
