GAIL (India) Limited: Change in of Key Managerial Personnel

 

Considering the operational requirements of the Company, the Board in its
meeting held on 26.08.2022 approved the appointment of Shri Mahesh Kumar
Agarwal (Membership A69402) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the
Company in place of Shri Anil Kumar Jha (Membership A18644) w.e.f. 27.08.2022.

Brief profile

Shri Mahesh Kumar Agarwal is a commerce graduate from St. Xavier's College,
Kolkata. He is qualified Company Secretary (1999), a Chartered Accountant
(1999) and also a Cost & Management Accountant (2007). He has an excellent
track record in academics and he has secured all India 42nd Rank in CA
(Intermediate), all India 47th Rank in CA (Final) and all India 2nd Rank in
CMA (Intermediate) exams. He was also awarded by the Institute of Cost &
Management Accountants for securing highest marks in "Strategic Decision
Making" in Northern Zone.
