that Trading Window for  dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited shall
remain closed for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives from
Friday, 1st July, 2022 till 48 hours after the conclusion of Board Meeting
wherein the financial results for the quarter ended 30.06.2022 would be
