This is with reference to MOPNG Letter No.CA-31033/2/2021-PNG (39069) dated
08.02.2023 regarding nomination of Shri Roshan Lal Arya as Non-Official
Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company for a period of
three years w.e.f. 08.02.2023 or until further orders, whichever is
earlier. The company is taking necessary action to complete the appointment
formalities and requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted in due
course.
