Sub.:   Board Meeting Intimation - Un-Audited Financial Results for the
quarter / half year ended 30(th) September, 2023 and Closure of Trading Window

 

Pursuant to SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements),
Regulations 2015, it is to inform that a meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Company is scheduled on Tuesday, 31(st) October, 2023 to, inter-alia,
consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Quarter/ Half Year ended
30(th) September, 2023. ------Further, in continuation of our letter of even
no. dated 29(th) March, 2023 specifying the closure of Trading Window for the
Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, it is notified that the
Trading Window for dealing in securities of GAIL (India) Limited which is
already closed from 1(st) October, 2023 shall further remain closed till
02(nd) November, 2023 for Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives as
per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
