This is further to our intimation regarding Buyback of equity shares, where
the Company has informed that the Board of GAIL (India) Limited has approved
the proposal to Buyback fully paid up Equity Shares of the Company from the
existing shareholders/ beneficial owners as on Record Date on a proportionate
basis through the Tender Offer process. In this connection please note that
today i.e. April 04, 2022 the Company has published the Public Announcement of
buyback in Business Standard (English - All editions) and Business Standard
(Hindi - All editions) (Hindi being the regional language of Delhi wherein the
registered office of the Company is located) pursuant to Securities &
Exchange Board of lndia (Buy-Back of Securities) Regulations, 2018, as amended
("Buyback Regulations"). The copy of the said Public Announcement is available
on the Company's website at www.gailonline.com
