** Shares of Galaxy Surfactants  GALX.NS  down as much as
4.1% to 2,550 rupees, its lowest level since Oct. 26, 2023 
    ** Specialty chemicals maker's Q3 consol PAT drops 33%,
while rev slips 13% 
    ** GALX currently trading at 2,597 rupees, 18% below the
median PT set by 12 analysts rating the stock, average
recommendation equivalent to "buy" - LSEG data
    ** So far this year, stock has lost 6.4% after gaining ~13%
in 2023
