Galera Therapeutics up as pancreatic cancer therapy improves overall survival

    ** Co reports positive final data from early-stage study of
its experimental treatment, GC4419, in patients with locally
advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed with surgery

    ** Results, which included one-year of follow up on all 42
patients enrolled in trial, showed improvement in overall
survival, progression-free survival, local tumor control, and
tumor response rate - GRTX
    ** Co says 46% of patients who received GC4419 were alive
during last follow-up compared to 33% in the placebo group
    ** 29% of patients in the treatment arm achieved a 30% or
greater response vs 11% of patients in the placebo arm
    ** GRTX was down ~23.6% this year, as of last close
