CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

 

As previously announced on 17 May 2023, Galliford Try, one of the UK's leading
construction groups, confirms that Michael Topham formally joined the Board as
a Non-executive Director today.  Michael also became a member of the Audit,
Remuneration and Nomination committees on appointment.
