Galliford Try Holdings plc
Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.
Galliford Try Holdings plc (the "Company") notifies that the following
conditional awards, previously granted under the Galliford Try plc 2019 Long
Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"), over ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company
were released on 24 September 2025 to the persons discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
