Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging
managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in
accordance with the Market Abuse Regulation.

Galliford Try Holdings plc (the "Company") notifies that the following
restricted ordinary shares of 50 pence in the Company, previously granted
under the Long Term Bonus Plan part of the Long Term Incentive Plan 2019, were
released on 13 October 2025 to the person discharging managerial
responsibilities ("PDMR") detailed below:
