BOARD CHANGES

 

Galliford Try Holdings plc, the UK construction group, announces that as
planned, having served six years on the Board, Marisa Cassoni will step down
as Senior Independent Non-executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committee
and leave the company after the Group's Annual General Meeting on 28 November
2024.

 

As part of the Board's succession planning Kevin Boyd, who joined the company
on 1 March 2024, will assume the role of Senior Independent Non-executive
Director and Chair of the Audit Committee from 28 November 2024.

 

Alison Wood, Chair, commented: "The board is grateful to Marisa for her
contribution to the company over the years including her previous role as
Chair of the Remuneration Committee and most recently as Senior Independent
Director and Chair of the Audit Committee."
