GALLIFORD TRY HOLDINGS PLC ("Galliford Try", or the "Company") announces that
on 17 November 2025 it purchased the following number of its Ordinary shares
of 50p each from Peel Hunt LLP as part of the buyback programme announced on
17 September 2025.

Galliford Try intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, Galliford Try has purchased a
total of 391,438 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and
will have 101,563,348 ordinary shares of 50 pence each in issue. There are 0
shares held in treasury. This figure 101,563,348 represents the total number
of voting rights in Galliford Try and can be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the
Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules.
