CONFIRMATION OF APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND COMMITTEE CHANGE
 
As previously announced on 19 July 2018, Galliford Try, the housebuilding, regeneration and construction group, confirms that Marisa Cassoni formally joined the Board as a non-executive director on 1 September 2018. Marisa also became a member of the audit, nomination and remuneration committees on the same date.
