Annual General Meeting Statement and Update on Current Trading

Galliford Try Holdings plc, a leading FTSE 250 construction group, is holding
its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at 11:00am today, Thursday 13 November 2025
at the offices of Peel Hunt LLP, 100 Liverpool Street, EC2M 2AT.

Update on Current Trading and Outlook

At our FY25 results in September, we announced another year of continued
strategic progress, a fifth consecutive year of strong financial and
operational performance, together with an increase in revenue, profit,
operating margin and cash.

The positive momentum has continued into the new financial year, with the
transition from AMP7 to AMP8 continuing as expected over the first half of
FY26, and we are trading in line with the Board's full year expectations. On
20 October 2025 we announced our Building business had been appointed to a
£3.0bn affordable homes framework by the major Registered Provider, The Hyde
Group.

On 17 September 2025, the Group launched its third share buyback programme of
up to a maximum of £10.0m company shares. As at 10 November 2025 the Group
had purchased a total of 297,649 shares, for an aggregate consideration of
£1.5m.

The Board is confident of meeting its objectives for both the current
financial year and in maintaining its progress on the Sustainable Growth
Strategy to 2030 - delivering long term value for all our stakeholders. This
confidence is underpinned by 92% of projected revenue for the current year and
75% of projected revenue for FY27 already secured. Our strong market
position in select sectors - particularly in the water industry - is well
aligned with future Government infrastructure spending plans.

On 1 October 2025 Galliford Try was included in the FTSE 250 index.
