Q4 RCA EBITDA 619 MILLION EUROS

Q4 TURNOVER 4.58 BILLION EUROS

BOARD OF DIRECTORS WILL PROPOSE A 4% INCREASE IN DPS AND LAUNCH A 250 MILLION EUROS SHARE BUYBACK

SEES 2026 RCA EBITDA ABOVE 2.6 BILLION EUROS

INCREASE IN DIVIDEND PER SHARE TO 0.64 EUROS FOR 2025, WITH THE FIRST INTERIM DIVIDEND OF 0.31 EUROS PER SHARE ALREADY ANTICIPATED IN AUGUST 2025
