Caixa-Banco de Investimento ("CaixaBI"), acting as Agent, hereby informs you of the details regarding the interest payment of the 4th coupon of the Notes "EUR 500,000,000 4.125% Notes due 2019" issued by Galp Energia SGPS, S.A. and listed on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market since November 25, 2013.
The interest on the Notes will be paid through Interbolsa on January 25, 2017, as follows (per Note):
