Caixa-Banco de Investimento ("CaixaBI"), acting as Agent, hereby informs you of the details regarding the interest payment of the 3rd coupon of the Notes "EUR 500,000,000 3% Notes due 2021" issued by Galp Energia SGPS, S.A. and listed on the London Stock Exchange's regulated market since January 14, 2014.
The interest on the Notes will be paid through Interbolsa on january 16, 2017, as follows (per Note):
