July 18 (Reuters) - Britain's FTSE 100 .FTSE index is
seen opening higher on Tuesday, with futures FFIc1 up 0.03%.
* REVOLUTION BEAUTY: Revolution Beauty REVB.L said CEO Bob
Holt and Chairman Derek Zissman agreed to step down, as part of
settlement agreement with top shareholder Boohoo BOOH.L over
board changes.
* OCADO: Ocado OCDO.L , British online supermarket and
technology group, kept its financial guidance for year as it
reported return to
underlying profit
in first half.
* DARKTRACE: Cyber-security company Darktrace DARK.L
said
review
by auditing firm EY showed "number of areas" where its
systems, processes or controls could be improved.
* JUST GROUP: British specialist insurer Just Group
JUSTJ.L said it expects to achieve
full-year financial targets
aided by strong new business growth in first half of fiscal
year.
* LIONTRUST: A shareholder group controlling roughly
9.6% of GAM Holding's GAMH.S shares announced
partial cash offer
to purchase further 17.5% of Swiss asset manager's capital
in counter-bid to its takeover by Liontrust LIO.L .
* MICROSOFT: Microsoft's MSFT.O appeal against Britain's
block on its $69 billion takeover of Activision Blizzard
ATVI.O was formally paused by a London tribunal, to give the
parties more time to resolve the dispute.
* BANKS: Britain's financial regulator and information
watchdog will warn banks that they cannot hide behind data
protection rules if they fail to alert savers of better deals,
the Financial Times reported.
* FDA: The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) said it
had approved Sanofi and partner AstraZeneca's antibody therapy
to prevent respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) in infants and
toddlers.
