    * Said on Monday that it started trading on AIM Italia 
segment of the Italian stock exchange on Nov. 23 
    * Admission to listing took place as a result of the 
placement through capital increase of 4,449,000 ordinary shares 
for the total value of 7.1 million euros ($7.5 million) 
    * Total share capital of Gambero Rosso now amounts to
