Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities or Connected Persons.

 

Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified by Mark
Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 650,582 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 24p each.
Following this purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in
11,480,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.93% of the Company's issued share
capital.

 

The Company has also been notified by Michael Buckley, Executive Chairman,
that he sold 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 25.46p each.
Following this sale, Michael Buckley has a beneficial interest in 25,700,000
Ordinary Shares representing 8.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
