Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities or Connected Persons.
Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified by Mark
Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 519,738 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 34.65p
each. Following this purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in
12,248,738 Ordinary Shares representing 4.18% of the Company's issued share
capital.
The Company was also notified by Anna Massion, Non-Executive Director, that
she purchased 33,250 Ordinary Shares at a price of 35.43p each. Following this
purchase, Anna Massion has a beneficial interest in 33,250 Ordinary Shares
representing 0.01% of the Company's issues share capital.
The information set out below is provided in accordance with the requirements
of Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, as it forms part of UK
domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended
