Notification of Transactions of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial
Responsibilities or Connected Persons.

 

Gaming Realms plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified by Mark
Blandford, Non-Executive Director, that he purchased 350,000 ordinary shares
of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 35.17p
each. Following this purchase, Mark Blandford has a beneficial interest in
12,598,738 Ordinary Shares representing 4.30% of the Company's issued share
capital.

of Article 19(3) of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament
and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse, as it forms part of UK
