Total Voting Rights and Share Capital

Gaming Realms plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 10
pence each in Gaming Realms plc as at the date of this notice is
292,006,775.

 

The total number of voting rights in Gaming Realms plc is
therefore 292,006,775. This figure may be used by shareholders as the
denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are
required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest
in, Gaming Realms plc, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
