Britain's Gamma Communications agrees to $1.5 billion takeover by Epiris Sept 1 (Reuters) - British telecoms firm Gamma Communications GAMA.L agreed to a £1.08 billion ($1.46 billion) takeover including debt, by private equity firm Epiris, the companies said on Tuesday, capping months of takeover interest in the company.
