Gamma Communications plc (the Company) announces that on 7 September 2026 it granted the following nominal cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each in the Company to Executive Directors.
Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP)
The following options are subject to performance conditions covering the three-year performance period commencing on 1 January 2026 and ending on 31 December 2028.
Dividend equivalents may be applied on any awards which vest. The awards are subject to a further two-year holding period post vesting.
