Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") has been informed of the following transactions by certain PDMRs.
Andrew Stone, a Non-Executive Director of the Company gained beneficial ownership of 600,000 shares in the Company at 1250p per share on 2nd December 2019 following a bequest and grant of probate. On the same day Andrew sold 23,750 shares in the Company at 1240p per share and sold 76,250 shares in the Company at 1255p per share on 3rd December 2019.
Andrew has a resultant holding of 500,000 shares, representing 0.5% of the Company's issued share capital.
Malcolm Goddard (a PDMR within the Company), sold 49,000 shares in the Company on 2 December 2019 at 1255p per share. Jenny Goddard (wife of Malcolm Goddard) purchased 49,905 shares in the Company on 3 December 2019 at 1255p per share.
