Oakley Capital says it will not make an offer for UK's Gamma Communications June 12 (Reuters) - Oakley Capital said on Friday it does not intend to make an offer for Gamma Communications GAMA.L, weeks after it started exploring a bid for the British telecoms firm along with IT service provider Giacom.
