Board Committee Composition

Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or "the Group"), a leading European provider
of business-critical communications technology, announces that the Nomination
Committee has recommended, and the Board has approved, changes to the
composition of the Board's committees with immediate effect. The membership of
all committees is set out below. Rachel Addison remains the Senior Independent
Director and Martin Hellawell the Workforce Engagement Director.
