Grant of options

Gamma Communications plc ("the Company") announces that on 12 April 2024 it
granted the following nil cost share options over ordinary shares of 0.25
pence each in the Company pursuant to the Gamma Deferred Bonus Plan
established on 23 May 2018:

 Bill Castell        5,955              nil

The above options were granted on 12 April 2024 and will vest on 31 March 2027
