Director / PDMR Shareholding

Gamma Communications plc (the "Company") announces that Martin Hellawell,
Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company, bought 6,000 ordinary shares
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 October 2024 at an average price of
1648p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Martin Hellawell holds 6,000 Ordinary Shares,
representing less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
