Director / PDMR Shareholding

Gamma Communications plc (the "Company") announces that Colin Lees, Chief
Technology Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility
("PDMR"), bought 3,079 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on
20 January 2025 at an average price of 1300p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Colin Lees holds 3,079 Ordinary Shares, representing
less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
