Director / PDMR Shareholding

Gamma Communications plc (the "Company") announces that Martin Hellawell,
Independent Non-Executive Chair of the Company, bought 2,650 ordinary shares
in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 18 November 2025 at an average price of
945p per Ordinary Share.

Following this purchase Martin Hellawell holds 8,650 Ordinary Shares,
representing less than 0.1% of the Company's issued share capital.
