Transaction in Own Shares
Gamma Communications plc announces it has purchased the following number of
its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc.
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 9 April 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 13,666
Lowest price per share (pence): 1,330
Highest price per share (pence): 1,344
Weighted average price per day (pence): 1,335.6611
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 175,498 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 97,315,138 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).

part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 25(th)
March 2024 (the "Programme").
