Transaction in Own Shares

 

Gamma Communications plc announces it has purchased the following number of
its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc.

Ordinary Shares

 Date of purchase:                        13 May 2024
 Number of ordinary shares purchased:     4,221
 Lowest price per share (pence):          1,412
 Highest price per share (pence):         1,420
 Weighted average price per day (pence):  1,417.4745

 

The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.

 Following the above transaction, the Company has 466,709 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 97,033,680 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).

 

 The table below contains detailed information about the purchases made as
part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 25(th)
March 2024 (the "Programme").
