Transaction in Own Shares
Gamma Communications plc announces it has purchased the following number of
its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc.
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 3 July 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 25,444
Lowest price per share (pence): 1,418
Highest price per share (pence): 1,432
Weighted average price per day (pence): 1,422.5794
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 1,000,021 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 96,500,368 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).

part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 25(th)
March 2024 (the "Programme").
