Transaction in Own Shares
Gamma Communications plc announces it has purchased the following number of
its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each through Investec Bank plc.
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 8 August 2024
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 4,170
Lowest price per share (pence): 1,470.00
Highest price per share (pence): 1,480.00
Weighted average price per day (pence): 1473.6724
The Company intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury.
Following the above transaction, the Company has 1,583,467 ordinary shares
held in treasury and 95,916,922 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury
shares).

part of the buyback programme which was announced by the Company on 25(th)
March 2024 (the "Programme").
