Transaction in Own Shares
Gamma Communications plc ("Gamma" or the "Company") announces today it has
purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each
through Investec Bank plc ("Investec").
Ordinary Shares
Date of purchase: 25 February 2026
Number of ordinary shares purchased: 20,453
Lowest price per share (pence): 881.00
Highest price per share (pence): 890.00
Weighted average price per day (pence): 886.8076
The Company intends to cancel the purchased shares.
Following settlement of the above purchases, Gamma has purchased a total of
647,087 shares since the commencement of the buyback programme and will have
93,117,264 ordinary shares of 0.25p pence each in issue. There are 1,589,320
shares held in treasury. The total voting rights in the Company are therefore
91,527,944 and this can be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial
Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
