Ganesh Housing Corporation Limited has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 30, 2016, inter alia, has approved the proposal for issue of Bonus Shares to the existing Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1:2 (1 Bonus Share for every two shares held) subject to the approval of members at proposed Extra-ordinary General Meeting to be held on July 02, 2016.
