** Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers' shares GRSE.NS surges as much as 20%, their highest single session jump in a year, to 2367.3 rupees

** State-owned defence shipyard reports highest-ever annual turnover in its history for FY26 at 64 billion rupees, a 26% y/y jump

** GRSE also says it commissioned five vessels and delivered eight vessels to the Indian Navy in FY26

** Trading volume of over 8.3 mln shares so far, about 9x 30-day average - data compiled by LSEG

** GRSE down 4.5% in 2026 so far
