Dec 24(Reuters) - Gas Plus GSP.MI :
* Said on Tuesday it concluded with Banca Imi two financing
contracts for a 64 million euro ($78 million) medium-term
financing aimed at the company's investment plans and for the
renegotiation of the 51.6 million euros outstanding debt
relating to a medium-long term financing issued in Oct. 2011
